We are centrally located to Waikato attractions and events, as well as being just one hour to both coasts, Rotorua and Waitomo Caves.

Our comfortable, self-contained two-bedroom cottage offers you peace and privacy in a truly magic spot – just perfect for a relaxing stay and a great base for a local event.

The Cottage
We offer a separate self-contained cosy cottage in a garden setting with spectacular views over Waikato River and farmland.
Two comfortable bedrooms – one queen size and the second with two singles. An additional roll-away is available on request. Open plan kitchen/lounge with TV, CD/Radio, microwave, fridge, hotplates and mini oven. Generous sized bathroom

Lake Karapiro is 10 minutes away, 5 minutes to Mystery Creek (Field Days), Cambridge and Hamilton Airport and Hobbiton (Matamata), Hamilton and Maungatautari is 20 minutes drive. Rotorua, Tauranga and Waitomo Caves are within an hour away.
